Patrick Kelly's Background:

Patrick has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1988.  Patrick received his intitial training in mortgage banking during his 8 year term with United Jersey Bank, the largest commercial bank in NJ at that time.  Consistently one of the top producers for closed loan volume, his network of Realtors, attorneys, accountants and satisfied clients provided a steady flow of loans. Patrick left United Jersey Bank as an AVP/Sales Manager for the Residential Mortgage Division.

After two years with Eastern Mortgage Services, a division of Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, Patrick entered the wholesale side of the mortgage business. His first position in Wholesale was as the Branch Manager for the NJ office of Countrywide Home Loans.  That new office grew to reach closing numbers of $70 million per month.

Patrick then joined a small Alt-A wholesale lender, where his contacts from Countrywide enabled the small company to grow quickly. He spent seven years there as a producing Sales Manager and left as a Vice President and National Sales Manager.

Originally from Wayne, NJ. Patrick now lives in Randolph, NJ with his wife and two sons.  A correspondent mortgage banker and first and second mortgage lender licensed with the NJ Dept. of Banking and Insurance, First Valley Funding has strong relationships with major Wall Street Investors to meet the needs and objectives of each client.
